Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused and in the same condition as received. We do not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original tags/packaging.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.
Non-refundable processing fee
All orders are subject to a non-refundable payment processing fee charged to us by our payment processor at the time of purchase. When a cancellation is approved, a fee of 3.5% of the order total + $0.30 CAD will be deducted from your refund. This fee is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the reason for cancellation or how quickly the request is made.
Currency conversion fee
If your order was paid in a currency other than Canadian dollars (CAD), an additional 2% currency conversion fee will also be deducted from your refund. This fee is incurred by us at the time of payment processing and cannot be recovered. Orders paid in CAD are not subject to this deduction.
Refund amount
Once a cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a refund for the order total minus the processing fee. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the amount.
After fulfillment
Once an order has been fulfilled or a shipping label has been created, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may be eligible to return the item under our Refund Policy once it has been delivered.
How to cancel
Email us with your order number and the subject line "Order Cancellation." We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. A cancellation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from our team.
