1. Where We Ship From

PrecisionFitSpacers.com is based in Canada. All orders are shipped from our Canadian warehouse. This means international customers (USA, UK, Australia, and New Zealand) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees upon delivery — these charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

 

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian and applicable statutory holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

3. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship to the following countries. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped — they do not include processing time.

Canada (Domestic)

        Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days

United States

        Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days

United Kingdom

        Standard Shipping: 10-14 business days

        Shipped via Canada Post International or courier

        UK customs duties, VAT, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility

        UK buyers are responsible for compliance with all applicable UK import regulations

Australia

        Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days

        Shipped via Canada Post International or courier

        Australian customs duties, GST, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility

        All shipments comply with Australian Border Force import requirements

New Zealand

        Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days

        Shipped via Canada Post International or courier

        New Zealand customs duties, GST, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility

        All shipments comply with New Zealand Customs Service import requirements

 

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

PrecisionFitSpacers.com ships from Canada. When your order arrives in your country, it may be subject to customs inspection and import duties, taxes, or fees levied by your local customs authority. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

We are required by law to accurately declare the contents and value of all international shipments on customs documentation. We are unable to mark packages as "gifts" or undervalue shipments to avoid customs fees.

If you are unsure about the import duties that may apply in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing your order.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours to appear, especially for international shipments. Once your package crosses the border into your country, tracking may transfer to your local postal carrier (e.g., USPS for the USA, Royal Mail for the UK, Australia Post, or NZ Post).

 

6. Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

        Customs inspection and clearance (especially for international orders)

        Carrier delays or high volume periods (holidays, peak seasons)

        Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

        Weather or other circumstances beyond our control

PrecisionFitSpacers.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or carriers.

 

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Please keep all original packaging and photograph any damage before contacting us, as this will be required for any carrier insurance claim.

For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Resolution timelines may vary for international shipments.

 

8. Refused & Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused by the recipient or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to pay customs duties, the customer will be responsible for all original and return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued for the product cost, minus shipping fees, once the package has been received back at our warehouse in good condition.
